Alta via 1 Dolomites hike Day 3

Hiking

Hiking has always been a transformative experience for me—a blend of physical challenge, raw connection to nature, and self-discovery. There’s something pure about the rhythmic crunch of boots on a trail and the feel of the cool morning air as the world unfolds step by step.

The rewards of hiking go far beyond physical effort. Standing atop a summit, soaking in a view you’ve earned, is an unparalleled satisfaction and confidence booster. For me, hiking clears the mental clutter, offering clarity and presence that daily life often obscures. Exploring trails in new destinations adds cultural richness, revealing how communities harmonize with their landscapes. For me, hiking is more than just a trek—it’s a way to connect deeply with the world and rediscover my place in it.
