Overview
Join me and World Expeditions for a unique women’s adventure in the Everest Region of Nepal. As part of World Expeditions’ 50th Anniversary trek series, this trip offers a perfect mix of outdoor exploration and cultural immersion. You’ll enjoy the company of like-minded female trekkers as we journey through the world’s highest and most breathtaking landscapes.
This trek promises awe-inspiring 360-degree mountain views and the chance to interact with the people of the Khumbu Valley. A highlight of the trip is the opportunity to meet local women and learn about their mountain culture, adding a unique and enriching aspect to our adventure.
Our trek takes us through trails in the Sagarmatha National Park, providing stunning views of some of the world’s highest peaks, including Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. We’ll also visit Khunde and Khumjung villages, where Sir Edmund Hillary established the region’s first hospital and school through the Himalayan Trust.
The itinerary includes exploring the vibrant Namche Bazaar and the iconic Thyangboche monastery, the spiritual heart of the Khumbu region. Another trip highlight is a special black-tie dinner at the Monastery, creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re searching for the perfect introduction to this magnificent part of the Himalayas with fellow female adventurers, look no further!

This is why this venue has been listed by World Animal Protection as an elephant-friendly. You will learn about the complex needs of elephants and how we can best ensure their welfare and conservation.
