    WHEN I WAS IN SAIGON IN 1969 WITH THE AIR FORCE TEACHING ENGLISH I LIVED IN THE TRUNG HUNG DAO HOTEL IN SAIGON, VIETNAM ON TRUNG HUNG DAO STREET. TRUNG HUNG DAO ST WAS CLOSE TO THE POLITICAL EMBASSY THERE. DO YOU HAVE PICTURES OF TRUNG HUNG DAO. ALSO, THERE WAS A NAVAL RESTAURANT FOR THE MILITARY ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY HOTEL.

    John, I lived in the Hung Dao Hotel in 1969 while also working with the AFLS. If you go to Google Earth and search for Tran Hung Dao street in Vietnam it will “fly” you there. Then you will be able to go to the street level picture and see what the old hotel looks like today. From the looks of it, it is no longer used as a hotel. Regards,
