What’s with the two hats? Or should I say hat/helmet?
Ha! The helmet is a law – so they have to wear it else they get fined. They really don’t like them – and the hat is to protect her face from the sun more. They normally completely cover themselves to protect themselves from the sun. Unlike our culture – to be tan is considered a bad thing – it makes you look poor since people will assume that you work out in the rice fields all day if you are tan! Crazy -huh?! I could never even find lotion in VN without whitening in it!
